Yudy is highly sought after by media outlets to talk about self-empowerment, awareness, meditation, self-love, and self-care. She has appeared on television around the U.S. and Latin-America (ABC, NBC, Telemundo, Univision, Revista 101, El Diario, Rivertown Magazine), radio, and social media. She is also the host of her podcast, Y Veras.

In February 2020, Yudy was honored as a Latinas of Influence, and she was the recipient of the 2020 “Mujeres Destacadas” a recognition given annually by El Diario to the most outstanding women in our community.
